Cancellation Policy

1. Project Cancellation by Client

If you choose to cancel your interior design project after signing the agreement but before execution begins, you will be liable for the design fees and any administrative costs incurred up to that point. The initial design advance will not be refunded.

2. Mid-Project Cancellation

If a project is cancelled during the execution phase, the client is responsible for paying for all work completed, labor utilized, and custom materials already manufactured or ordered. We will halt work immediately upon receiving written notice of cancellation and provide a final settlement account.

3. Cancellation by JE Works

We reserve the right to cancel a project if the client repeatedly breaches the contract terms, delays payments significantly, or creates an unsafe/unworkable environment for our team. In such cases, the client will be billed for work completed to date.
