Refund Policy

1. Consultation Fees

Initial consultations are generally free. If any paid design consultation or site visit fee is charged, it is non-refundable once the consultation has taken place.

2. Design and 3D Modeling Advance

Advances paid for creating custom 3D designs, floor plans, and mood boards are non-refundable, as they cover the time, effort, and creative intellectual property generated by our designers specifically for your space.

3. Project Execution

Once a project agreement is signed and the execution advance is paid, refunds are handled strictly according to the terms outlined in the specific project contract. Generally, costs incurred for custom-manufactured materials (like modular kitchen cabinets, wardrobes) cannot be refunded once production has begun.

4. Defective Materials

If any material supplied by us is found to be defective before installation, we will replace it at no additional cost. Warranties on specific items like hardware will be provided as per the manufacturer's terms.
